Digital Marketing Manager (Advertising)

Our client is a private education institution. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Digital Marketing Manager to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital marketing plans to achieve incremental lead generation targets across all campaigns. Lead end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including digital media planning and execution across multiple channels. Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns. Oversee campaign landing page and website optimization to improve conversion rates. Implement and manage marketing automation initiatives. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns. Monitor, analyze, and continuously optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI. Collaborate closely with the Corporate and Programme Marketing teams to achieve lead generation targets. Provide real-time campaign performance analysis (daily, weekly, and monthly) using tools such as Power BI, HubSpot, and other CRM platforms. Operate effectively within a matrix organization and drive outcomes through strong collaboration with agency partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Conduct competitor analysis and regularly report on key market and performance metrics. Support marketing events, conferences, and other company initiatives as required, even when they fall outside the immediate scope of responsibility.
