Warehouse Operation Coordinator (Project Coordination)

Our client is a Supply Chain Solutions industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Warehouse Operation Coordinator to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in West. Job Responsibilities: Collect and analyse operational data to support process improvements and business decisions. Coordinate project activities from planning through implementation to post-project support. Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones to ensure smooth execution. Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Work closely with cross-functional teams to support successful project implementation. Identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Prepare project updates, reports, and related documentation for stakeholders. SAssist with operational activities, including the movement and handling of equipment or materials when required, following safe work practices. Perform other project coordination and operational support duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum ITE qualification or equivalent Minimum 2 to 3 years relevant experiences Proficient in Microsoft Application is an advantage Basic knowledge of warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations is an advantage Able to support operational activities involving moderate manual handling where necessary, with appropriate assistance and safe work practices provided Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click APPLY NOW or email an updated copy of your resume/cv.
