Sales Engineer (Inspection Devices) Training Provided - West

Our client is a well-established company specializing in advanced industrial inspection, testing, and measurement solutions. Due to business expansion, they are looking for a Sales & Service Engineer to join their growing team. They are located in the (West) – easily accessible. Responsibilities: Perform installation, commissioning, calibration, preventive maintenance, and repair of industrial inspection and testing equipment. Diagnose equipment faults and provide technical troubleshooting support at customer sites and in-house service facilities. Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and application support to support customer requirements. Prepare service reports, calibration records, maintenance documentation, and technical reports. Coordinate with overseas principals and internal departments on technical support, warranty claims, and service activities. Provide after-sales support, including equipment servicing, customer training, and technical consultation. Support sales activities by identifying customer requirements and recommending suitable technical solutions. Ensure equipment performance meets operational, quality, and safety standards in accordance with company procedures. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in field service, technical support, or maintenance of industrial equipment. Experience with inspection, measurement, testing, or instrumentation equipment will be an advantage. Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
