Strategic Planning Executive (Pricing & Quote Preparation) - Central West

Our client is a global automotive components trading company. Due to their current expansion plans, they are looking for a Strategic Planning Executive (Pricing & Quote Preparation) to join their team and support their high-performing regional operations. The company is located in the Central West area. Job Responsibilities: Handle customer enquiries and support preparation of pricing estimates and quotations Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather information required for quotation preparation Assist in reviewing pricing, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal guidelines Liaise with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners to support coordination and operational alignment Assist in analysing customer demand, sales forecasts, and supply-related data for planning purposes Support budgeting activities, data analysis, and reporting for business planning purposes Prepare and support monthly reports and management reporting requirements Assist in shipment coordination and related operational arrangements when required Support documentation, data management, and administrative tasks related to commercial and planning activities Perform ad-hoc coordination tasks as required. Requirements: Min Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business related studies or equivalent. Min 4 years’ relevant working experience in supply chain, logistics coordination, customer service, or trading operations. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Experience in quotation preparation or commercial support roles will be a plus but not mandatory. Familiarity with coordination working with customers and different stakeholders will be advantageous. Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple coordination activities simultaneously.
