Assistant/Sales Manager (Pumps, Vacuum System)

Our client is from Manufacturing Industry. They are looking for a Assistant/Sales Manager to assist their Finance team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in West – easily accessible. Duties Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the pumps portfolio in Singapore and regional markets, achieving sales and profitability targets. Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, technical discussions, quotations, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as OEMs, EPCs, contractors, distributors, and key accounts. Handle tender monitoring and submissions, project bid follow-ups, and conduct product presentations, technical clarifications, and site visits. Collaborate with internal teams and provide market insights, forecasts, and regular sales performance updates to support business growth. Requirements Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field. Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in industrial equipment, pumps, vacuum systems, or rotating machinery.
