Corporate Office Designer

Job Description: Develop creative workplace concepts, space planning layouts, and design proposals for corporate office projects. Prepare concept presentations, mood boards, material palettes, 2D drawings, 3D visualisations, renderings, and presentation materials. Design and customise workplace solutions, including demountable partitions, phone booths, acoustic systems, workstations, meeting spaces, collaborative areas, cabinetry, and office furniture. Research workplace trends, materials, and emerging products to continuously enhance the company's product portfolio. Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to develop new products and improve existing workplace solutions. Prepare product specifications, material selections, technical drawings, and design documentation, ensuring functionality, ergonomics, sustainability, and manufacturability. Coordinate with project, production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure successful implementation of design intent. Attend client meetings, design presentations, workshops, and site visits to support project development. Support tender submissions by preparing design concepts, presentation materials, and technical documentation. Maintain the company's product library, design standards, and workplace solution database. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Product Design, Architecture, or a related discipline. Experience in workplace, commercial, corporate office, or interior fit-out design. Good understanding of space planning, workplace ergonomics, office furniture systems, materials, and construction detailing. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
