Job Description Handle customer appointments booking, incoming call & register customers Handle check out transactions on the computer system Provide excellent customer service and treatment recommendation to customers Relationship building with existing and new customers to maximize sale opportunities Handle customer problem and feedback Deliver professional consultation and evaluation of customers’ needs Follow up consultation with customers with regards to their treatments and products purchased Job Requirement Pleasant personality and have great patience Able to handle counter system Good in communication Relevant work experience preferred Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
