Job scope · Planning and assigning of daily transportation schedules · Responsible for operations after official working hour to ensure smooth deliverance · Managing our customer service operation at our Batam and Bintan office · Responsible for all weekly vessels schedule · Responsible for all daily depot processes and operations for the next subsequent day · Informing our customers of the container details · Ensuring all additional charges are being accounted accordingly · Proactively getting updates for all container status · Act as the contingency for the main traffic controller in their absence · Processing of discharged containers · Booking of Escorts for the vessel and handling permits for LTA Oversized cargo · Other ad-hoc duties as tasked by Reporting Officer Requirements Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec/N level/O level Salary commensurate with experience Require to work 5.5 work week and beyond working hours if needed
