🧘 Job Summary We are seeking a professional Wellness & Recovery Therapist with physiotherapy experience preferred to join our premium wellness outlet serving high profile professional. This role focuses on delivering structured therapeutic treatments, operating body wellness equipment, and providing consultation-based recommendations to support clients’ recovery and overall well-being. 🛠 Key Responsibilities Perform professional therapeutic body treatments and recovery-based therapies Operate and manage wellness equipment and recovery technologies safely and effectively Conduct client consultations to assess needs and recommend suitable wellness programmes Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and service delivery Keep accurate treatment documentation and client records Client Experience & Sales Support Deliver a refined, empathetic, and professional guest experience Educate clients on suitable wellness packages and programmes Support outlet KPIs through consultation-based recommendations Build long-term client relationships and retention 🎓 Requirements Diploma in Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy, Holistic Therapy, or equivalent qualification preferred ITEC / CIBTAC / WSQ certification preferred Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in wellness, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or recovery therapy Experience operating body treatment or recovery equipment required Service-oriented, professional, and confident in client consultation Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays 💰 Remuneration & Benefits Attractive hands-on fees KPI incentives Sales commission Structured training & career development Supportive and professional working environment
