Part Time Accounts Executive (Full Set / Payroll / Freight Forwarding Exp)

Full job description Freight Forwarding MNC Full Sets Of Account Immediate Job Scope: Handle accurate and complete sets of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), balance sheet management and Profit & Loss Manage the day-to-day Accounting operation Closing of monthly books within the timeline, including journal entries and reconciliation, and review of any manual entry for adjustment Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports and supporting schedules Prepare and submit quarterly GST report and any reconciliation schedules Preparation of corporate tax (ECI) and work closely with tax agent to file annual corporate tax returns Ensure accurate and timely processing of salary payments, bonuses, commissions, CPF, government claims, etc, in compliance with company policies and local regulations. Liaise with external and internal auditor on audit matters and audit schedules Handle all tax queries and tax audit whenever required Support and ensure compliance with all financial filling requirements and corporate tax filling requirement Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned Requirements: Possess a Diploma/ Degree in Accounting, Finance and/or related field Possess at least 3-4 years of relevant working experience in Full Sets of Accounts & Payroll Processing experience Good working knowledge of SFRS and Singapore tax requirements Strong analytical and problem solving skills Resourceful, meticulous, independent and possess effective communication skills A self-starter who can plan, organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently Interested applicants, please send your resume to rifgroup@reliableintfreights.com.sg or press "apply now"
