Dialysis Nurse

Registered Nurse / Dialysis Nurse Renal Health Services Limited (RHS) is a Singapore charity providing high-quality hemodialysis and related renal care services across its dialysis centres. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our growing clinical team. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and Medical Director to provide safe, patient-centred nursing care for patients receiving hemodialysis and related renal services. Key Responsibilities Provide safe and competent nursing care to patients undergoing haemodialysis. Perform patient assessment, monitoring and documentation before, during and after dialysis treatment. Prepare, operate and troubleshoot dialysis equipment in accordance with established clinical protocols. Administer prescribed medications and carry out nursing procedures within the scope of professional practice. Recognise and respond appropriately to clinical emergencies and changes in patient condition. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with organisational policies, HCSA requirements and infection prevention standards. Educate and support patients and caregivers regarding dialysis treatment and related care. Participate in quality improvement activities, clinical audits, staff education and continuing professional development. Work collaboratively with nephrologists, nurses and the multidisciplinary healthcare team. Undertake rotational shifts, weekend and public holiday duties where operationally required. Perform other nursing and clinical duties reasonably assigned by management. Requirements Registered Nurse qualification recognised by the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB). Valid practising certificate from SNB. Previous hemodialysis or renal nursing experience is essential. Relevant competency evaluation will be undertaken to assess the skills.
