M&E Engineer

· Assist Project Manager to ensure that site activities are executed in accordance with job specifications, within budget and time schedules. · Prepare Material Take offs, design calculation, project scheduling, equipment proposal, technical submission and drawing. · Tracking and updating status of submitted documents. · Coordinate, monitor & execute site activities. · Prepare Progress Reports and Claims. · Prepare Method Statement, Risk Assessments, Safe work procedure for various installation works. · Maintain ISO documentation & records. · Procurement, receiving & checking of items/equipment/services. · Oversees equipment installation works, resolving problems and upholding safety management. · Strict compliance with company and authorities’ practices, policies, rules and regulations. · Liaise with clients/sub-contractors/project team, for their needs and requirements. · Attend all site / progress meetings. · Any ad-hoc duties assigned. 4 off days monthly, rest days depend on schedule Competitive salary 3k-5K Positive and nurturing working environment Duration: permanent Requirements Qualifications - diploma or high school diploma Work experience- at least two year relevant working experience in related fields Job type- full time Required languages: English and able to communicate with mandarin speaking customers Job specialisation- services and related experience If you have an interest in applying for this role, please WhatsApp me at 98198786 to apply.
