Provide a safe, secure, and nurturing classroom environment where children feel comfortable and supported. Plan and deliver lessons in line with the centre’s curriculum, using a variety of teaching methods (e.g., songs, games, storytelling) to support quality learning. Monitor and document children’s holistic development, maintaining accurate records and preparing individual portfolios/reports. Manage classroom operations effectively, including maintaining a tidy, well-organised space and ensuring resources are properly labelled and accessible.
