5 Work Days Per Week Current Office Near to Kaki Bukit MRT Will Relocate to Tai Seng MRT in August 2026 Medical & Dental Benefits Provided Entitled to Yearly Bonus & Performance Bonus Position: SEO Specialist [ Germany / French / Euro Markets ] Main Requirements Is a plus if proficiency in English, German or French (written preferable) is required to conduct localized keyword research, content optimization, and competitor analysis in the target markets in Euro like France or Germany. Experience managing overseas SEO projects and optimizing websites for European or USA markets is highly preferred. Diploma or Degree in creative design, marketing or foreign languages / linguistics is preferable. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience. Experience independently managing large websites or cross-border SEO projects is a plus. Proficient with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Baidu Webmaster Tools). Possess basic knowledge of HTML/CSS. Familiar with search engine algorithms and ranking factors. Strong analytical skills and logical thinking are essential. Responsibilities: Develop and execute mid-to-long-term holistic SEO strategies encompassing technical SEO, on-page/off-page content optimization, link building, and local search optimization. Conduct keyword research and traffic analysis. Monitor website indexing, rankings, traffic, and conversion data. Regularly produce SEO performance reports and optimization plans. Collaborate with the tech team to address technical SEO issues (e.g., site architecture, page speed, structured data, mobile-friendliness). Guide the content team in SEO-focused content planning to improve target keyword rankings and organic search traffic. Track search engine algorithm updates, analyze competitor SEO strategies, and continuously explore new SEO growth opportunities (e.g., voice search, video SEO).
