Accounting Project Manager | Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals | 1-Year Contract | Singapore (Hybrid) We are partnering with a leading Healthcare & Pharmaceutical company to hire an Accounting Project Manager for a high-impact transformation role supporting their finance function. Based in Singapore, this hybrid opportunity involves regular visits to the client's manufacturing plant in Tuas. Taxi fare reimbursement for Tuas travel can be explored. This role is ideal for finance professionals who enjoy driving change, improving processes, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across the region. What you'll be working on: Lead finance process improvement and transformation initiatives Drive an end-to-end review and optimization of payment processing workflows Partner with finance and business stakeholders in both Singapore and Manila to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency Support additional finance transformation projects, including product launch initiatives and other strategic finance programs Manage project timelines, stakeholder communications, risks, and deliverables What we're looking for: Strong Finance or Accounting background with solid understanding of Accounts Payable processes Proven experience managing finance transformation or process improvement projects Strong project management and stakeholder management skills Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive change Analytical, hands-on, and solutions-oriented mindset Experience within manufacturing, healthcare, or pharmaceutical environments will be advantageous Role Details: Location: Singapore (Hybrid) Regular visits to Tuas manufacturing site required Contract Duration: Approximately 12 months, with potential for extension based on project pipeline Why Join Us This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior finance professional looking to step into a Group-level role with international exposure, visibility, and the chance to influence financial strategy across multiple markets while working remotely.
