About this role
We are looking for a supply chain professional to lead planning, replenishment, and inventory management across Southeast Asia. This role ensures product availability while balancing operational efficiency, working capital, and growth targets. You will work closely with global planning, commercial, logistics, quality, regulatory, and finance teams to manage supply risks and maintain service excellence. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute replenishment strategies to meet demand across Southeast Asia. Coordinate with global supply teams and production facilities to maintain continuity and hit service targets. Track supply constraints, inventory levels, and future availability to flag and resolve risks early. Create recovery plans to reduce business impact when supply is tight. Support new product introductions, transitions, and phase-out activities. Manage inventory planning for assigned product groups, ensuring levels support service, revenue, and capital goals. Run inventory health reviews and drive improvements in turnover while reducing excess and obsolete stock. Refine replenishment parameters, inventory policies, and planning assumptions to boost efficiency and reliability. Spot inventory risks such as shortages, overstock, slow movers, and expiry issues, then act to correct them. Join regional S&OE discussions to evaluate short- and mid-term supply-demand gaps, inventory risks, and service impacts. Share regular supply outlooks, inventory assessments, risk reviews, and mitigation options. Bridge global supply planning, demand planning, customer service, logistics, commercial, quality, regulatory, and finance. Communicate supply constraints, inventory risks, and recovery plans clearly and promptly. Track and push progress on key supply chain KPIs: service level / OTIF, backorders, inventory turns, excess & obsolete stock, safety stock compliance. Analyse data to find trends, risks, and operational improvements. Support planning process upgrades, automation, and system enhancements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, operations, engineering, or related field. At least 7 years in supply planning, inventory planning, replenishment, or supply chain operations. Solid grasp of supply planning, inventory management, MRP, and replenishment. APICS CPIM, CSCP, or similar certification preferred. Strong SAP ERP knowledge (MM, APO, or similar planning modules). Jessie Alayna Tan (R22109280) EA License: 22S1193
