Key Responsibilities Identify and prospect e-commerce businesses across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines. Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other channels. Research prospects using AI tools to personalise outreach and generate qualified leads. Qualify potential customers and schedule high-quality product demonstrations. Conduct product demos and close smaller sales opportunities. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while nurturing future opportunities. Become a product expert and effectively communicate how our solution solves customer challenges. Share customer feedback with the Product and Marketing teams to improve our offering. What We're Looking For 0–2 years of sales, customer-facing, or relevant experience Exposure to B2B SaaS or e-commerce is an advantage but not required. Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
