Demand Planner Executive | West - Jurong East | Up To $5.5K/Mth

Location: West, Singapore Salary: Up to $5,500 - $5,700 (depending on experience) Key Responsibilities Develop and implement demand planning processes, forecasting frameworks, and planning models to support business growth. Generate and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and commercial inputs. Incorporate key demand drivers such as promotions, product launches, tenders, and product lifecycle changes into forecasting activities. Monitor forecast accuracy, analyze variances, and identify improvement opportunities through data-driven insights. Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to integrate market intelligence and business plans into demand forecasts. Translate demand plans into actionable signals for supply planning and inventory management. Identify potential inventory risks including shortages and excess stock, and coordinate solutions with cross-functional teams. Maintain and manage SKU master data and customer data to ensure planning accuracy and reporting reliability. Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to planning processes, systems, and data quality. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, or related functions. Prior FMCG experience is required; F&B industry exposure will be advantageous. Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP. Strong analytical skills with experience in demand forecasting, data analysis, and statistical concepts. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or similar analytical tools is an advantage. Good understanding of supply chain operations and inventory management principles. Ability to read and write Mandarin to communicate effectively with overseas stakeholders and headquarters. Independent, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
