Senior Finance Executive

Responsibilities: Oversee full set of accounts for multiple entities, including active and dormant companies. Manage AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and month/year-end closing. Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements. Handle intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and related loan accounts. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries. Support process improvements, internal controls, and ad hoc finance projects. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably handling multiple entities. Good knowledge of full set accounting, financial reporting, and month/year-end closing. Experience with Xero and NetSuite is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
