Food Technologist

Duties: Conduct product application testing, formulation development, and product evaluations using sensory and analytical assessment methods. Provide technical support by investigating product performance issues and carrying out product trials with customers as required. Develop and optimize product formulations in line with customer requirements, market trends, and business objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver suitable solutions. Support customer engagement through technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, exhibitions, and other promotional activities. Document project activities, test procedures, results, and technical observations, ensuring accurate and organized project records. Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in Research & Development or Product Development within the food manufacturing, food ingredients, or related industry.
