📍 Location: Ubi 💰 Salary: Up to $3,600/mth Key Responsibilities Prepare quotations and follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, and business opportunities. Coordinate end-to-end shipment arrangements, ensuring timely and accurate execution of freight operations. Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade requirements, and company policies. Coordinate trucking, warehousing, and last-mile delivery activities to meet customer requirements. Verify billing accuracy and support invoicing processes to ensure timely and accurate documentation. Maintain accurate shipment records and update information in the freight management system. Liaise closely with customers, operations teams, overseas offices, and service providers to ensure smooth shipment execution. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping operations. Knowledge of import/export documentation, customs procedures, and international shipping processes. Experience coordinating with customers, carriers, transport providers, and overseas agents. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with freight management or ERP systems is an advantage.
