Accounts Executive | Woodlands | Up To $3500/Mth

Key Responsibilities Process and verify Accounts Payable invoices accurately and on time. Prepare payment schedules and ensure timely payments to vendors. Perform invoice matching and reconcile supplier statements. Resolve invoice discrepancies and liaise with internal departments and vendors. Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation. Assist with month-end closing and other finance-related duties. Support ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks as assigned. Requirements Singaporean or PR only. Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent. Preferably 2 years of Accounts Payable experience and/or experience using ERP systems (CSI preferred). Fresh graduates with relevant accounting qualifications are welcome to apply. Good understanding of basic accounting principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
