Job Summary Join our fund operations team to support investor onboarding, maintain accurate records, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist with administrative tasks in a fund management business. Responsibilities Support admin head with general admin task Handle onboarding documentation Respond to client enquiries Coordinate with finance Ensure proper filing and documentation processes Coordinate meetings, board papers, and minutes Prepare and update corporate presentations and spreadsheets Provide ad hoc administrative support to management Required competencies and qualifications Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines 1–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and administrative systems Strong attention to detail when handling large volumes of documentation Good organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines Strong communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly
