Finance Manager

About Us We are a growing corporate services and accounting outsourcing firm providing accounting, GST, tax coordination, payroll, and financial reporting services to SMEs and international clients across various industries. We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our accounting operations and manage a portfolio of outsourced finance clients. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of outsourced accounting clients across multiple industries. Oversee the preparation of full sets of accounts for Singapore companies. Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS). Prepare and review GST returns, ensuring timely and accurate submission to IRAS. Handle month-end and year-end closing processes. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, banks, and regulatory authorities. Supervise and mentor junior accountants, ensuring work quality and timely delivery. Review bookkeeping performed by team members and provide technical guidance. Prepare management reports, cash flow reports, budgets, and financial analysis for clients. Assist clients with accounting system implementation and process improvements. Ensure compliance with IRAS, ACRA, CPF, and other statutory requirements. Manage client relationships and respond professionally to accounting and finance enquiries. Support business development by participating in client onboarding and finance advisory discussions. Continuously improve internal accounting workflows and standard operating procedures. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline. CA Singapore, ACCA, CPA Australia, ICAEW, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred. Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 2 years in an accounting outsourcing, corporate services, or public accounting environment . Strong experience handling full sets of accounts independently . Hands-on experience preparing and reviewing GST returns and ensuring IRAS compliance. Good understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), Companies Act, and IRAS regulations. Experience managing multiple client portfolios simultaneously. Experience liaising with auditors, tax agents, and government authorities. Proficient in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, AutoCount, MYOB, ABSS, or similar ERP systems. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities. Able to work independently while managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a corporate services or accounting outsourcing firm. Experience handling clients from multiple industries. Knowledge of payroll, CPF submissions, and corporate tax coordination is an advantage. Familiarity with cloud accounting platforms and digital finance solutions.
