Accountant

Key Responsibilities Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL) and Bank Reconciliation. Perform month-end and year-end closing activities. Prepare accurate financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Trial Balance. Process supplier payments and monitor cash flow. Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and other professional service providers. Assist in GST reporting (if applicable) and preparation of supporting schedules. Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards and statutory requirements. Identify opportunities to improve accounting procedures and internal financial processes. Perform other ad hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline. Minimum 3–5 years of Singapore full set accounting experience. Able to work independently and manage the full accounting cycle. Experience supporting external audits. Proficient in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks or Info-Tech Accounting. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Good analytical, organisational and communication skills. Meticulous, responsible and able to meet deadlines. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
