Senior Project Director

Job Description Provide project management services on specific projects, reporting to the Director-in-Charge. Responsibilities include: Overseeing all aspects of project management services, including administrative duties, disciplines coordination, and document checking Managing agency consultation, owner-supplied data coordination, and user liaison Developing and monitoring project schedules Delivering client presentations and providing technical advice on building construction and documentation Handling contract administration, procurement, and project budget/cashflow control Managing change control and project closeout processes Leading and managing a team of project managers and clerical staff Reporting project status to the Director and Client Requirements Relevant experience in project management within the construction or built environment industry Proficiency with project management software and standard commercial tools Strong accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail Ability to meet deadlines and milestones Good communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach Integrity and enthusiasm in the discharge of duties
