BIM Modeler (Architecture & Structural)

Job Responsibilities: Develop 3D models and prepare shop drawings for authority submission and construction purposes. Update 3D models based on the latest project information and ensure accuracy of drawings. Use Revit or Navisworks to identify, and report design clashes to the Site Team. Ensure timely submission of drawings according to project schedules. Support the BIM Team in BIM, VDC, and IDD Initiatives. Requirements: Possess a Degree in Engineering, Architecture or BCA equivalent Diploma. 3 years of relevant experience in BIM and local construction industry (experience with contractor firms preferred). Must possess prior modeling experience in both Architectural and Structural disciplines. Proficient in BIM software such as Revit & Navisworks. Autodesk / BCA Certificate is a plus.
