Project Manager

Job Responsibilities Plan, coordinate and manage construction projects from commencement to completion. Monitor project progress to ensure works are completed according to schedule, specifications and approved drawings. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and relevant project stakeholders. Manage site activities, manpower, materials and resources to meet project requirements. Monitor project schedules, costs, quality and overall project performance. Attend project meetings and site meetings, and follow up on required actions. Identify and resolve technical, project and site coordination issues in a timely manner. Ensure construction works comply with applicable regulations, safety requirements and quality standards. Review project documentation, work schedules, method statements and progress reports. Provide regular project progress updates to management. Perform other project-related duties as assigned. Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building or a related discipline. Relevant working experience in construction project management. Good knowledge of construction processes, site operations and project coordination. Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage project schedules, resources and multiple stakeholders effectively. Familiar with applicable construction regulations, safety requirements and industry practices in Singapore. Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant project management tools. Able to work independently and effectively as part of a project team.
