Luxury Retail Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities Achieve sales targets and support overall store performance. Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting customer relationships. Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Maintain attractive product displays in line with brand visual merchandising guidelines. Assist with stock replenishment, inventory control, and store organisation. Support the Store Manager with daily operations and sales reporting. Carry out additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth store operations. Requirements Well-groomed, customer-oriented, and passionate about fashion. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer literacy. Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
