Job Description & Requirements Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to develop and grow the company’s travel and tourism business. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, promoting travel packages, and increasing sales revenue for the company. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and implement business development strategies for travel and tourism services. Identify new clients, corporate customers, travel partners, and business opportunities. Promote holiday packages, tour packages, corporate travel services, visa assistance, ticketing, hotel booking, and travel-related services. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, travel agents, airlines, hotels, tour operators, and business partners. Prepare proposals, quotations, travel packages, and business presentations for clients. Conduct market research to identify travel trends, customer demand, and competitor activities. Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements with suppliers and partners. Meet sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth. Handle corporate travel accounts and group tour enquiries. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking, documentation, and customer service. Support marketing campaigns, promotions, social media activities, and travel exhibitions. Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements to travel products and services. Prepare regular sales reports, business development updates, and revenue forecasts for management. Ensure all business activities comply with company policies and relevant travel industry requirements. Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, sales, or business development is preferred. Strong knowledge of travel packages, ticketing, hotel booking, visa procedures, and tourism services. Good sales, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Able to build strong customer and partner relationships. Strong business development mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities. Able to work independently and achieve sales targets. Good coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and online travel booking platforms. Able to manage multiple clients, enquiries, and follow-ups professionally. Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, or public holidays when required. Positive attitude, customer-focused, responsible, and results-oriented. Preferred Skills: Experience in corporate travel, group tours, inbound or outbound tourism. Existing network with travel agents, airlines, hotels, and tour operators will be an advantage. Knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is preferred. Ability to speak multiple languages will be an added advantage.
