Job Summary The Warehouse Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and timely distribution of goods. The role involves coordinating warehouse activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring workplace safety, and optimizing operational efficiency while meeting customer and business requirements. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily warehouse operations. Monitor receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods. Maintain accurate inventory records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems. Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation. Ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of customer orders. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, transport, and customer service teams. Monitor warehouse productivity and implement process improvements. Supervise warehouse assistants, storekeepers, and forklift operators. Ensure proper storage and handling of products to prevent damage or loss. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization in accordance with 5S standards. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards. Prepare warehouse operational reports, inventory reports, and performance metrics. Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities with transport providers. Support audits and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations. Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution processes. Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP, or inventory software. Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse optimization techniques. Experience in supervising warehouse personnel. Forklift licence (advantageous, if required). Understanding of workplace safety and quality management systems. Strong planning, coordination, and time management skills. Working Conditions Full-time position. May require shift work, overtime, weekends, or public holiday work depending on operational needs. Work involves both office administration and warehouse floor supervision.
