Job Description: We are seeking a responsible and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across assigned sites. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning personnel. Plan work schedules and allocate manpower efficiently. Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of cleaning employees. Ensure adequate stock of cleaning chemicals, tools, equipment, and consumables. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new cleaning staff. Respond promptly to emergency cleaning requirements when necessary. Perform any other duties assigned by the management. Job Requirements: Diploma, NITEC, or equivalent qualification. Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in cleaning operations or facilities management, with supervisory experience preferred. Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and industry best practices. Familiarity with workplace safety and hygiene standards. Ability to manage multiple sites and supervise a team effectively. Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, and email) is an advantage. Able to work independently under pressure and meet operational deadlines. Willing to work weekends, public holidays, or shifts when required.
