Warehouse Executive

Roles & Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock transfers. Ensure all warehouse activities are completed accurately and within the required timelines. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts and cycle counts. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and operational issues. Prepare and verify shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation. Coordinate with the Purchasing, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders. Monitor inventory levels and report slow-moving, excess, or low-stock items to the relevant departments. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safely when required. Ensure proper maintenance and daily inspection of forklifts and warehouse equipment. Supervise and provide guidance to Warehouse Assistants to ensure productivity and adherence to work procedures. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and proper storage practices. Ensure compliance with company policies, Quality Management System (QMS), Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), environmental procedures, and standard operating procedures. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, productivity, and inventory accuracy. Support audits, stocktaking exercises, and other warehouse projects as assigned. Working Requirements Minimum GCE "O" Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification. Minimum 2–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience , preferably in a supervisory or coordination role. Possess a valid Singapore Forklift Licence. Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse material handling equipment. Familiar with warehouse inventory management and stock control processes. Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office); experience with ERP/WMS systems is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail with good organisational and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to work a 5.5-day work week .
