Patient Service Associate

Responsibilities Deliver frontline patient services and provide administrative and finance support to ensure smooth daily operations. Coordinate patient registration, admission, transfer, and discharge processes, and maintain accurate and confidential medical records. Handle donation administration, including issuing official receipts and updating transactions in the system. Prepare patient invoices, ensure billing accuracy, and process MediShield Life and Medisave claims through the CPF portal, including monthly claims reconciliation. Prepare settlement and reminder letters for outstanding balances and support timely collection of payments. Work closely with internal departments to ensure complete documentation and accurate billing in compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Requirements: Diploma in a healthcare-related field or relevant work experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
