Job Description: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, organising regular meetings and visits. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues and inquiries. Provide regular updates on the status of MRO events, including reports and delivery schedules. Share quotes, assist with invoicing preparation, and communicate any delays proactively. Job Requirement: Minimum Diploma in Business/ Engineering or equivalent.
