Staff Nurse/Senior Staff Nurse (Hospital)

Based in a Hospital Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established clinical standards, hospital policies, and nursing protocols. Administer medications, intravenous therapy, injections, wound care, and other prescribed treatments safely and accurately. Monitor, assess, and document patients' clinical conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment, escalating concerns promptly to the medical team. Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and medical emergencies while ensuring patient safety and comfort. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Perform nursing procedures such as specimen collection, catheterization, nasogastric tube insertion, and other clinical interventions within scope of practice.
