Job Description: In charge of ensuring the implementation of Lean/Continuous Improvement tools & Lean projects in the company Responsible for expanding and sustaining the lean deployment efforts through facilitating Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kaizen and Continuous Improvement events In charge of identifying, deployment and driving successful completion of Lean projects/initiatives In charge of leading Continuous Improvement initiatives and managing the efficiently the sharing of best practices among departments Job Requirement: Minimum Degree in Aersopace Engineering or relevant Minimum 5 years of working experience in driving continous improvement projects Experience in Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, JIRA, Power BI, VBA and Macros will be advantage To submit your application, please apply online to apply@rn-care.com or call +(65) 6513 5697 for private and confidential discussion.
