Associate Service Engineer (CCTV/ Security)

Responsibilities: Perform regular checks and diagnostic activities on security systems (such as CCTV and access control) to ensure they are in good working condition. Set up security equipment, configure systems, and conduct testing on-site. Provide both front and backend support for security, video management systems (e.g., Milestone XProtect), and communication infrastructure. Attend to, diagnose, and resolve onsite technical issues/faults within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Prepare daily maintenance reports and maintain accurate records of service activities. Comply with company policies and safety regulations, ensuring work does not interrupt production. Requirements Min Nitec in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related technical fields.
