Liaising with relevant authorities (like NCS and LTA in Singapore) regarding application and network issues for the VEP system. Troubleshooting CEPAS readers and conducting monthly power generator checks. Arranging the deployment of other technicians and managing liaison with LTA representatives regarding project faults. .
