Nurse Clinician - Infection Control (Polyclinics)

Develop, implement, and monitor infection prevention and control policies and procedures to reduce healthcare-associated infections. Conduct infection surveillance, analyze data, and report trends to support quality improvement and regulatory compliance. Educate and train healthcare staff on infection prevention practices, including hand hygiene, personal protective equipment, and isolation precautions. Investigate infection outbreaks, recommend control measures, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to prevent further spread. Perform audits of clinical practices and provide feedback to improve compliance with infection control standards and guidelines. Advise healthcare teams on infection prevention strategies, antimicrobial stewardship, and safe patient care practices.
