Manufacturing Engineer (Metal Casting)

Job Description: Responsible for creating manufacturing process sequence, from receipt of raw materials till finished parts shipment. In Charge of developing new processes solid modeling and create/update work instructions, in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications. Responsible for creating CNC code/program for machining as well as designing toolings, fixtures and gauges. In charge of creating special processes such as Heat Treatment, Brazing, EDM, Shotpeening and Welding etc. Responsible for conducting pre-production pilot run and training for associates. Provide technical support to Production to achieve technical and quality requirements. Responsible in liaising with OEM on product requirements, process qualifications and technology development.
