Resident Technical Officer (5.5 Days)

Responsibilities: Supervises construction works to ensure compliance with approved plans, codes, and safety regulations. Represent clients, inspect materials/workmanship, and coordinate with contractors for projects like roads, buildings, and infrastructure Monitor daily construction activities to ensure adherence to technical specifications and safety standards. Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain high construction quality, often using specialized inspection equipment. Ensure contractors follow regulations set by authorities such as LTA, PUB, NEA, and BCA. Maintain detailed records, including daily reports, site photos, and technical reports for clients. Act as a liaison between consultants, contractors, and Qualified Persons (QPs) to resolve technical issues. Read and interpret structural, civil, or M&E drawings Requirements: Min Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field Min 3 years of relevant experience in civil and structural experience in building or infrastructure projects Proficient in preparing site inspection reports and technical documentation.
