Job Description: In Charge of overseeing the whole process of service cum maintenance workflow Responsible for the front line contact with client representatives on all service and maintenance related issues In charge of leading a team of service team members Responsible for preparing service scope and develop service plans, define resource loading, skill requirements, tracking milestones and metrics Taking charge of determine new, creative ways to employ teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities In Charge of managing day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results Continually seek and capitalize upon opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships Possess a knowledge base of each client's business, organization and objectives Be responsible for operationally managing multiple aspects of the team. Ensure smooth progress and timely delivery and completion of maintenance commitments to clients Perform a wide variety of technical and non-technical tasks Job Requirements: Min Nitec or diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering Min 3 years working experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems Hands-on experience in security system configuration, application programming and integration with third-party systems will be an advantage To submit your application, please apply online to apply@rn-care.com or call +(65) 6513 5697 for private and confidential discussion.
