Lead Technical Manager (CCTV)

Responsibilities Oversees the end-to-end service, maintenance, and installation of physical security systems Managing a team of service engineers, driving project delivery, and serving as the primary client liaison for technical operations and customer satisfaction. Supervise a group of service engineers. Set performance targets, manage resource allocation, and support career development. Oversee security equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and system programming per required standards. Prepare service scopes and develop project plans. Act as the primary contact for client representatives on all service and maintenance matters. Manage customer expectations, escalations, and satisfaction. Identify opportunities to improve technical capabilities and operational procedures, ensuring all work complies with workplace safety standards. Requirement Min Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. Min 6 years of demonstrable success in a technical leadership role, ideally within the Security and CCTV sector. Hands-on experience in security system configuration, application programming, and integration with third-party systems is an advantage.
