Job Summary Support the finance and administrative functions by preparing invoices and payment documents, managing accounts payable and receivable, updating accounting records, assisting with month-end schedules, and providing general administrative support. Responsibilities Prepare accurate invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts to support financial transactions Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections Update and maintain the accounting system with current financial data to support accurate record-keeping Assist in preparing month-end schedules to facilitate timely financial closing Provide general administrative support to the team as needed to ensure smooth office operations Requirements 1- 3 years accounting experience Basic bookkeeping knowledge Able to work independently after training Careful with numbers and documents Experience in SME or logistics company preferred.
