The Role Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will lead a team of finance professionals and be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of finance activities across a portfolio of entities. Key responsibilities include: • Managing financial accounting, consolidation, reporting, and month-end close processes to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of financial information. • Providing financial analysis, performance reporting, and variance commentary to support business decision-making and drive operational performance. • Partnering closely with business stakeholders to evaluate financial assumptions, identify key business drivers, and provide commercial insights. • Reviewing financial controls, mitigating risks, and driving continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. • Overseeing cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, treasury activities, and financial planning. • Managing tax, statutory, and regulatory compliance requirements while liaising with external auditors, tax advisors, regulatory bodies, and shareholders. • Leading, coaching, and developing a finance team across accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting functions. Your Profile • A Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline. • Professional accounting qualifications such as CA Singapore, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent. • Proven experience leading finance teams and overseeing end-to-end finance operations. • Strong technical expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and partner effectively with senior management. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Prior experience within the real estate, property, infrastructure, asset management, or related sectors will be viewed favourably. • A proactive and hands-on leadership style with a continuous improvement mindset.
