The Company An international law firm with a strong global presence is seeking a high-calibre FP&A Manager to join its Singapore office. This is a strategic and commercially focused role, partnering closely with senior stakeholders, including Partners, to drive financial performance, insight, and decision-making across the business. The Role Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for the following: Lead the financial planning & analysis (FP&A) function for the Singapore office Partner closely with Partners (fee earners) and Business Services leaders to provide actionable financial insights Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes Deliver robust financial analysis, including profitability, matter-level performance, and client insights Prepare and present high-quality management reports and presentations for senior leadership Support pricing strategies, business case development, and investment decisions Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and operational efficiency Leverage systems (including Elite 3E) for reporting accuracy and process optimisation Lead or contribute to finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives Your Profile As the successful candidate, you will possess the following relevant skills sets and experience: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; professional qualification (e.g., CA/CPA) preferred Significant experience in FP&A or commercial finance, ideally within a professional services or law firm environment Strong working knowledge of Elite 3E (highly preferred) Proven ability to business partner with senior stakeholders, particularly non-finance professionals Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills—able to translate financial information into clear commercial insights Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a hands-on approach Ability to operate in a fast-paced, partner-led environment with competing priorities Why Join Opportunity to work within a leading global law firm with a strong reputation in Asia Pacific High visibility role with direct exposure to Partners and senior leadership Collaborative and dynamic culture with strong emphasis on business partnering Apply Today Please send your resume, in WORD format only and quote reference number STE12210343, by clicking the apply button.
