The Company Our client is a professional services firm that provides accounting, tax and corporate services. The Role You will be managing multiple client engagements and communicating confidently with international clients. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of local and international clients independently. Maintain full sets of accounts and ensure accurate bookkeeping. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports. Perform month-end and year-end closing activities. Prepare reporting packs including financial analysis and management commentary. Handle GST registration, computation, filing and submission. Prepare corporate tax computations and coordinate annual tax filings. Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations. Prepare and submit CPF contributions and other statutory filings. Liaise with auditors, tax agents and regulatory authorities when required. Register and act as a Qualified Individual (QI) with ACRA, where eligible. Provide guidance to junior accounting staff and support continuous process improvements. Deliver exceptional client service and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients through clear, professional and timely communication. Your Profile Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent. Professional accounting qualification (CA Singapore, CPA, ACCA or equivalent) is required. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within an accounting firm, corporate services provider or professional services environment. Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), GST, corporate tax and CPF regulations. Proven experience managing a full set of accounts independently. Solid experience processing payroll in Singapore. Hands-on experience with Xero is essential. Experience with Quickbook is an advantage. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Highly organised with attention to detail. Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently with overseas clients.
