Currently looking to hire a driven leader with industry exposure to infrastructure, utilities, oil & gas, engineering, or related business to oversee the next phase of company growth & transformation. Requirements - Ability to drive business growth through market expansion, strategic partnerships and new business initiatives. - Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team. - Strengthen operational effectiveness, project execution and organisational performance. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry partners and relevant stakeholders. - Strong understanding of project-based businesses, infrastructure-related environments, essential services, industrial operations or regulated sectors. - Experience gained within infrastructure, utilities, oil & gas, engineering, or project related sectors. - Candidates with a finance leadership background, including former CFOs who have demonstrated success in driving business strategy and operational performance will also be viewed favourably.
