Equipment Optimization Engineer Trainee - Attach &Train program

The Equipment Optimization Engineer Trainee is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment and utility systems to ensure operational efficiency. They will also support project engineering teams, manage preventive maintenance programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment reliability and safety. Candidates must hold a degree or diploma in Mechanical, Marine, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Chemical Process Engineering. At least 1-2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing environment is preferred.
